| Description: Intermediate CanSkate - THURSDAY - Fal Intermediate CanSkate This level focuses on building speed, balance, and control, while developing gliding, stopping, and turning skills—both forwards and backwards, on one and two feet. Skaters are introduced to crossovers, power techniques, and begin learning preliminary jumps and spins. Intermediate CanSkate is an ideal program for those preparing to move into figure skating, hockey, or ringette, as it provides strong foundational skills that support all ice sports. |
