Description: PowerSkate B – Tuesday Fall Session This session is NOT a learn-to-skate class. Designed for more advanced players, it emphasizes excellent technique in forward and backward strides, stopping, starts, agility, balance, pivoting, and crossovers. In addition to skill development, this 10-week program includes cardio and strength conditioning to improve overall performance on the ice. PowerSkate B is specifically tailored for players in their second year of U11 and up, aiming to elevate their skating to the next level.
