Description: STARSkate – Friday Early Morning Ice The best way to start your day! This early morning STARSkate session offers specialized training for test-level and competitive figure skaters. While each Friday features a unique training focus, this is the time we explore specialized skills such as figures, synchronized skating, edge work, and performance development. Skating first thing in the morning sets a positive tone for the day—building focus, strength, and confidence both on and off the ice.
