Description: STARSkate – Monday Power & Performance Session Kick off the week with this energizing new addition to our STARSkate training! This extra 45-minute session offers intentional focus on stroking, speed, power, and dynamic movement. Skaters will push their limits with drills designed to improve endurance, edge quality, and overall ice presence. This high-energy session is perfect for developing the strength, flow, and performance quality needed for successful test and competitive skating.
